Ingredients:

  • 6 boiled eggs,
  • 50 g butter or margarine,
  • 3 tablespoons mustard,
  • parsley,
  • salt,
  • pepper.

Preparation:

  1. Hard-boiled eggs sections in half, remove the yolk and mix with butter, mustard, salt, pepper and chopped parsley.
  2. This lightweight fill egg whites.
  3. Thus prepared eggs served on lettuce.
