- 6 pork chops,
- 2 eggs,
- 100 g of bread crumbs,
- 50 g flour,
- salt and pepper to taste,
- 2 dl oil.
- Pork chops pound with meat mallet, add salt and pepper.
- Put them first in flour, then in egg and finally in the crumbs (both sides of the fillets).
- Fry them in a very hot oil on both sides until golden brown.
- Serve them in a warm bowl.
It is very popular lunch meal in North Serbia and often is served with mashed potatoes and lettuce salad.
