La Grange, a suburb of Chicago, is a village in Cook County, in the U.S. state of Illinois. This small town of only fifteen thousand residents has many local businesses, most of these are restaurants. The main reason for this phenomenon is because the neighboring town of Western Springs did not allow the sale of alcoholic beverages in restaurants until recently, which drawn much of its restaurant businesses to La Grange. Some of these local businesses are owned by residents of Serbian ancestry and they often runs their businesses inspired by motherlands cuisine and traditions. Therefore, public places that offer Serbian food and drinks (e.g. restaurants, bars, bakeries, grocery stores, etc.) can be found in the town. Do not miss to visit these places and experience Serbian hospitality, tasteful cuisine, traditional drinks and authentic Balkan music far away from Serbia in the town of La Grange.
