250ml of sour cream Preparing the pancakes : First of all, it is necessary to prepare and bake pancakes. In a bowl pour 3 eggs,250g of flour, ½ liter of milk, 2 soup spoons of cooking oil, little salt according to taste, little sugar according to taste and 250ml of mineral water and mix it all well with the mixer. Leave it to stay about half an hour and than start to bake the pancakes. This material is enough to get 10 – 12 pancakes depending on the size of the pan and the thickness of pancakes. Preparing the the inside pancakes filling : 200g of cream cheese or soft cheese mix with the one egg and a little salt according to taste. Mix it well and wait to start filling when empty pancakes are baked. When the empty pancakes are baked and ready start to fill each pancake with the prepared filling, roll them on and sort each rolled and filled pancake into the baking pan. Mostly, it is used the rectangular baking pan (glassy, oven safe one), but if you use rounded shape baking pan it would be better to fold the filled pancakes into the triangle and then sort them into the baking pan. Preparing the mixture for topping : In another bowl pour the 250ml of sour cream, one egg and a little salt according to taste and mix it all well. When the pancakes are sorted into the baking pan, pour over and spread smoothly this topping mixture over the whole upper surface of sorted pancakes. Then put the baking pan into the oven and bake it about 20 minutes at the temperature of 180 degrees until it gets golden brown colour.
When the baking was finished, serve the baked pancakes with cheese and sour cream when they are still warm as they are the most delicious in that condition. They could be served as salty desert for friends and family in many common or uncommon situations at any time of the day, supported by a good wine or juices. Enjoy!
