Ingredients:
- 500g spinach
- 300g potatoes
- 1 egg
- 50g grated hard cheese
- 2 cloves garlic
- 50g bread crumbs
- salt
- pepper
- about 100g flour
- oil for frying
Preparation:
- Cook the potatoes and spinach separately in salted water.
- Drain, mash, stir and add the beaten egg, grated cheese, mashed garlic, bread crumbs, salt and pepper to taste.
- Knead the mixture to form patties.
- Roll them in flour and fry in hot oil until they get a-rosy color.
