- 2 tablespoons fat,
- 2-3 tablespoons flour,
- 3-4 medium-sized pickled cucumbers,
- salt and vinegar (to taste).
- Pour flour over preheated fat to fry.
- Cucumbers chopped into small cubes add to fried flour.
- All fry together for a while, then pour over a hot water or soup and let boil.
- Stir from time to time to prevent burning.
