Pickled cucumber sauce


  • 2 tablespoons fat,
  • 2-3 tablespoons flour,
  • 3-4 medium-sized pickled cucumbers,
  • salt and vinegar (to taste).


  1. Pour flour over preheated fat to fry.
  2. Cucumbers chopped into small cubes add to fried flour.
  3. All fry together for a while, then pour over a hot water or soup and let boil.
  4. Stir from time to time to prevent burning.
  5. If this sauce is not acidic or salted enough, it can be acidify and salt to taste.
