Breaded pork chops


  • 6 pork chops,
  • 2 eggs,
  • 100 g of bread crumbs,
  • 50 g flour,
  • salt and pepper to taste,
  • 2 dl oil.


  1. Pork chops pound with meat mallet, add salt and pepper.
  2. Put them first in flour, then in egg and finally in the crumbs (both sides of the fillets).
  3. Fry them in a very hot oil on both sides until golden brown.
  4. Serve them in a warm bowl.


It is very popular lunch meal in North Serbia and often is served with mashed potatoes and lettuce salad.
