Chicken pilaf with mushrooms

(serves: 4 servings, ready in: 30 minutes)


  • 4 chicken fillets (2 pairs of chicken breasts without bones),
  • cup chopped mushrooms,
  • 1 onion,
  • 1 cup frozen peas,
  • 2 cups rice,
  • spices (salt, pepper, saffron if desired),
  • chicken broth into cubes.


  1. Fry chicken fillets.
  2. In pan pour mushrooms, peas and rice.
  3. Pour hot pre-cooked chicken soup.
  4. Add spices and cover with chicken fillet.
  5. Cook over low heat until the rice is done.
