  • 1.5 kg lamb meat,
  • 150 g lean bacon,
  • 3 tablespoons of dried vegetable seasonings,
  • 3 tablespoons mustard,
  • 1.5 dl oil,
  • 1.5 dl water,
  • 1 onion,
  • salt and pepper to taste.


  1. Wash and dry the meat. Fairly rub meat with dried vegetables seasoning and on all sides by spread mustard. Salt and pepper. Overlaid all meat with thin sheets of bacon. Pour the oil over it, put in one peace and pour water.
  2. Bake the meat in a casserole with lid (container resistant to high temperature) 2 hours in the oven at 220 °C.
