  • 2 kg lamb loin,
  • 150 g bacon,
  • 100 g cauliflower,
  • 3 carrots,
  • 3 parsnip,
  • 4 leaves of kale,
  • 6 mushrooms,
  • 2 dl tomato juice,
  • 200 g sour cream,
  • 25 g salt,
  • 25 g pepper,
  • 2 tablespoons of dried vegetable seasonings.


  1. Lamb loin marinate with bacon, rub with dried vegetables seasoning, put in the stew and pour hot oil. Add the chopped parsnip, kale, cauliflower, mushrooms, and bake until soft. Add the tomato juice and leave meat to simmer.
  2. Roasted meat cut into pieces, serve in a bowl, and in sauce add sour cream and cook. Pour meat and parsnip and other vegetables serve around.
