Roast veal


  • 1.5 kg veal meat,
  • 200 g lean bacon,
  • 3 tablespoons of dried vegetable seasonings,
  • 4 tablespoons mustard,
  • 1.5 dl oil,
  • 1.5 dl water,
  • 1 onion,
  • salt and pepper to taste.


  1. Wash and dry the meat. Salt and pepper it and rub with dried vegetables seasoning. On whole meat spread the mustard. Overlaid it with thin sheets of bacon. Place the whole onion and pour water.
  2. Bake the meat in a fireproof dish with the lid for 2 hours in the oven at temperature of 220 °C.
