Pekarski krompir (Baker's potato)


  • 2 kg of potatoes,
  • 300 g of dried bacon,
  • 1.5 dl oil,
  • 1 dl water,
  • salt and pepper to taste.


  1. Peel and cut potatoes into slices. Stir it with salt. Pour potato slices into baking pan, sprinkle oil, be sprinkle with black pepper and lay a bacon slices over the top. Pour water.
  2. Bake it in the oven for 1 hour at 200 °C.
  3. Serve warm.
