Mushroom Bechamel sauce


  • 125 g fresh sliced mushrooms,
  • 2 dl sour cream,
  • juice of one lemon.


  1. Make bechamel of 30 g butter, 20 g of flour, half a liter of milk and cook sauce for 15 minutes.
  2. After that, add 125 g of fresh cut mushrooms to sauce and cook sauce with mushrooms for 10 minutes.
  3. Then add 2 deciliter of sour cream, juice of 1 lemon, warm up sauce well and serve with a various kinds of meat and legume dishes.
