Crust ingredients:

  • 7 egg whites,
  • 200g sugar,
  • 100g ground hazelnuts,
  • 1 tablespoon flour.

Fill ingredients:

  • 1l milk,
  • 3 vanilla pudding,
  • 6 tablespoons flour,
  • 100g sugar,
  • 21 yolk,
  • 250g margarine,
  • 2 cream,
  • 300g chocolate “Milka”,
  • 300g chocolate “Milka” white.

Preparation of crust:

  1. Beat 7 egg whites, 200g sugar, 100g before-cooked ground hazelnuts and 1 tablespoon flour.
  2. Bake 15 min. at 170°C in the heated oven.
  3. Thus, a total of 3 bark.

Preparation of fill:

  1. Cook in 1 l milk 3 vanilla pudding, 6 tablespoons of flour, 100g of sugar and 21 egg yolk.
  2. When cool add 250g of butter and 2 cream.
  3. Fill divided into two parts. In one part of diluted put 300g chocolate “Milka” with hazelnuts, and the second part 300g white “Milka” chocolate.
