  • 190g butter,
  • grated orange peel,
  • 1 cup sugar,
  • 3 eggs,
  • 100g molten white chocolate,
  • 2 cups flour,
  • 1 sachet of baking powder,
  • 3 / 4 cup water,
  • 3 dl cream,
  • 1 / 4 cup powdered sugar,
  • 1 / 2 cup minced roasted nuts.

Fill ingredients:

  • finely chopped 2 large peaches,
  • 2 tablespoons fruit liqueur,
  • 5dl fresh cream,
  • 1 cup powdered sugar.


  1. Grease a round cake mold.
  2. Mix butter, orange peel and sugar. Add 1 of 1 egg and cooled chocolate. Add flour and water, to keep silence in the mold and bake at 180C and furnaces 1.5h.
  3. Allow to cool for 5 minutes, then turn over the pad and leave to cool, and then horizontally into three sections of the paper.
  4. Mix cream for the custard with sugar, add liquor and sliced peaches.
  5. Smear sheet cake and ice the cake around.
  6. Decorate with nuts.
