1,5 cup of sugar (medium-sized cup for white coffee),
1 cup semolina,
1 cup of ground nuts,
half cup of oil,
2 grated apples,
1 sachet of baking powder,
2 tablespoons flour,
100g dried grapes.
Preparation:
Stir all ingredients well, pour into a greased baking pan and seal on a strong fire.
When done pour the glaze (100g chocolate, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 4 tablespoons of water, a few drops of oil). Boil all ingredients and pour over the cookies.
