Fast Cookie

Ingredients:

• 2 whole eggs,
• 1 cup of white coffee milk,
• 1,5 cup of sugar (medium-sized cup for white coffee),
• 1 cup semolina,
• 1 cup of ground nuts,
• half cup of oil,
• 2 grated apples,
• 1 sachet of baking powder,
• 2 tablespoons flour,
• 100g dried grapes.

Preparation:

1. Stir all ingredients well, pour into a greased baking pan and seal on a strong fire.
2. When done pour the glaze (100g chocolate, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 4 tablespoons of water, a few drops of oil). Boil all ingredients and pour over the cookies.
