  • 300g crystal sugar,
  • 8 tablespoons water,
  • 150g ground nuts,
  • 150g ground biscuits,
  • 150 g butter.

Fill ingredients:

  • 150g powdered sugar,
  • 1 egg,
  • 100g butter,
  • 100g ground biscuits,
  • 2 molten chocolate bar.


  1. Put sugar to boil with water. Add nuts, biscuits and butter in that. In the butter oiled baking pan put mass and evenly roll out. Leave in the refrigerator over night. The next day cut mass into sticks, and each put a little filling.
  2. For fill whisk foam of sugar and egg, add the butter, previously little whisked, biscuits and chocolate.
  3. Once the stuffing become cured, pour melted white chocolate over cake and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
