Ingredients :
- 300g of hard cheese (Gouda, trappist or kackavalj)
- 2 eggs
- 1dl of milk

Preparation :
Prepare 4 deeper table plates and pour into one 1dl of milk, flour into another one, whisked 2 eggs into the third one and bread crumbs into the fourth plate. Put these prepared slices into the frying pan with the hot cooking oil and start frying. Often, turn over each slice with the lattice bucket which enables that cheese slices get a protective thin crust keeping the cheese slices from melteing. The frying process must not be longer than 10 minutes (maybe less) until each slice get rusty colour.
When the frying was over, take out fried breaded cheese slices from the pan and postpone them, for a while, onto the napkin, spread over the serving tray, just to drain soaked up oil from the crust of fried cheese slices.
