Gruel (Kaša)

  • 1 l milk,
  • 4 tablespoons cream,
  • 2 eggs,
  • half ties with green onions in part,
  • 4 tablespoons wheat flour,
  • salt.


  1. Cook the milk to boiling and add the cream. Add salt as needed, to taste.
  2. Pour all the milk with cream.
  3. Cook with constant stirring for several minutes.
  4. When the pulp thickens, add scrambled eggs, stir and immediately remove from the oven.
