Cold tomato sauce

Ingredients:

  • 70 g mayonnaise,
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup,
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream,
  • sugar and pepper (to taste).

Preparation:

  1. Stir well mayonnaise, ketchup, sour cream and season with sugar and pepper to  taste.
  2. Add a little cognac before serving.

Notes:

It is usually served with fried meat and the mashed potatoes, though not necessarily with that.

  1. *You* are awesome! And I might re-think cannnig at some point now that you’ve brought to mind the possibility of doing it in December rather than the summer! I loved cannnig days as a child, but it was alway so hot.
